Our candles are made with ethically sourced soy wax, grown by American farmers. They are scented with phthalate-/paraben-free premium fragrance oils and come equipped to light using our favorite, braided organic cotton wick. Each candle is hand-poured into a 4oz clear glass jar made in the USA. Each jar comes with a white metal lid.
Our 4oz size is great for scenting smaller rooms + bathrooms. These jars are perfect for travel and are great for gifts, too!

4 oz Soy Candle
• Allow your candle to burn until the full surface has melted - this ensures that your candle reaches a full melt pool + burns evenly for its full life.
If you extinguish your candle before a full melt pool is formed, your candle will tunnel. This greatly reduces the lifespan of your candle + is not our responsibility to replace/refund in the case of a purchaser tunneling.
• Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Burning your candle for longer than this will create a "mushroom" effect on the wick. This is a carbon build up on the wick (which is a result of the candle consuming more wax than it can burn off), which causes an unstable flame (too large or flickering), soot to build up on the container rim and soot to release from the flame.
• All candle wicks should be trimmed to 1/4" before relighting - every time. Trimming your candle wick each time before relighting is imperative to a proper burning candle. It doesn't matter what you use to trim the wick (nail clippers, regular scissors or a wick trimmer), it just matters that you trim it!
• Keep an eye out. Place your candle within eyesight + away from any flammable items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on our part or you have received a defective item.
Please realize our candle scents are non-traditional and are our artistic interpretations of fragrances. We cannot refund an item simply because you don't like its smell or disagree with our interpretation.
If an item breaks during shipping we will replace or remake it, but do require a photograph of the broken item emailed to us first. Please hold on to the broken item while we file an insurance claim.You have 14 days to contact us about any defects or broken candles. Items can only be replaced with the same item purchased.

Domestic orders placed within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours once an order is placed + paid. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Please be aware that KSM Candle Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, the buyer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority International. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). KSM Candle Co. is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to arrive once shipped. Please check the given tracking information should you have any questions.
